The whole point of the book is to explore and celebrate Rolf’s life, away from the shadow of thingy. Also, the family don’t like the association, which I understand and have respected in the book. But I also need the coverage to help flog copies to cover my costs. Am trying to explain this to deaf ears. Seems like James Dean sells books. But not this one.

Personally I don't think you can be held responsible for any free press, or indeed anyone else, making the association.
