Don't think so. It's a GAZ-12 ZIM ambulance, built between 1950 and 1960, based on the GAZ 12 limousine, noted for it's smooth running making it ideal as an ambulance.

A Hungarian Csepel D352 fire engine from 1957. As well as their own lorries, Csepel made engines and chassis for other Hungarian manufacturers. They were renamed RABA in the '70's when they started a co-operation with MAN.
