Couple of spots

Went to Haynes museum yesterday and spotted these on the way back

 

Followed this lovely little Ashley bodied Frogeye down the A303, was being driven like it should be

 

 

 

Then popped in to see if my Allegro was ok and found these.

 

 

 

This took my eye, IIRC it had about 26k on the clock, looked like it had never been sat in. Disc on the screen expired in 1992. Only rust I could see was a small patch on the bottom edge of the bootlid. Still on its povo steelies with small centre cap and trim rings.

I will be making enquiries.

I'm curious about the 'Ashley', I never knew they did sprites.....looks more like a Lenham to me....I am quite drunk though...

I saw this Ashley fronted one last year

I know one is being scrapped, think the other one is being saved though. I'll pop up and see him and have a look when I get a minute.
