Bikeshite gets Mot

Sorry its not a car but had to tell you my 1980 Kawa 400 passed its Mot today. According to DVLA it was last taxed in 1995. My mate bought it a couple of years ago, decided it was too far gone to restore so gave it to me. 18 months of fettling and finding parts on Ebay (can't get much from Kawasaki for it) its got a new ticket. Probably ride it for a bit then flog it, ready for the next project. most of the enjoyment for me comes from getting into the garage as much as i can.

Dunno. Anything 70s / 80s thats been rotting in someones shed for 20 years. Z1 for £100 would be ideal.

Well done! It's looking well, and just in time for some summer pottering. Nice easy-going bikes those.Now I just need inspiration and cash to get my bikeshites up and running!
