Guyhirn roundabout, last night around 18:45. Saw a very nice landcrab being driven let's say exhuberantly and more than keeping up with the moderns.Did flash and wave as I was leaving the roundabout, but 1) it may not have been Mr Blx2) he was going too fast anyway.

There was a very tweaked, bright orange 1300GT at the top of my road for years, it was there in the 70's, shabby in the early '80s, immaculate again in the late '90s but I only ever saw it on the road once or twice. It was still there about 3 years ago, but it's harder to catch a glimpse of now as it seems to be garaged most of the year. Looking at the pics of that Speedwell one, this one may have been the same kind of thing.It had early 70's Cosmic (or similar) alloys on and a twin tailpipe backbox, and the bonnet was matt black. I'll have to see if it's still there.

Wonder if he regularly goes down the A47, if so I reckon we should shove a burning car into the road, like a Nigerian-style roadblock, then haul him out and give him a good kicking.No real reason, I just think it'd be something to do with it being the school holidays and suchlike.

If you do that near wisbech, no-one will bat an eyelid. you might get into the Thursday paper I suppose, 'COMMUTER DELAYED BY ROADBLOCK FIRE THUGS' but it would be on page 6 or 7, next to 'Local two-headed child raises £17 for cats home'
