They all look like they are from different eras.

The girl next to the guy on the bike has an 80s look. The girl on the right looks more 40s.

The guy with the tash and Harry Hill collars 50s maybe?

I guess it's from the early days of choppers, so it's probably the early 1950s.

And the Hardly Dangerous could be from about 4BC to 2023AD.

 I would say that's earlier than 50s and is post-war. The two hairstyles are broadly known as 'empire' cuts. Having just come out of the War, people, although not affluent, had a bit more money to spend on feeling better or fun.

The picture (after an image search) is of Stan and Jackie Dishong. Stan Dishong is a legendary drag bike racer. I guess the picture is mid 1950's from what I have read on the interwebs.
