The massive scrapyards of southern Florida

Went on a train recently in Florida and saw these massive 100+ car piles waiting to be scrapped.

Starting off with some Crown Vics, there are many behind the front I found out.

This looks like a car park from afar but then I saw a Mustang, a Jaguar XF and a Tesla.

And then, here’s the last stage of cars being scrapped, piled up about to die.

Never in my whole life have I seen railways looking so grim and unusable. And I'm Romanian!

Yeah, I’ve seen them before, couldn’t get photos of the larger ones.

Australian yards seem happy to just keep expanding outwards... guess they've plenty of space.

That track is in damn fine shape.

 

You should see the rest of the US rail infrastructure.
