What a really good day, I honestly couldn't believe the weather we had, it was much more 'summers day' than the depths of autumn.

We took a few pictures, although with everything being so well packed in it was difficult to get full cars in, but the atmosphere was grand and the venue worked really well.

Did folks make it to the Flask? Like we suspected when we left, it took half hour just to get over the bridge, and that was after the folks in the car behind had to get out and walk because 'your car is gassing us, we can't breathe in there now' she wasn't impressed when I laughed at her.

Anyway, thank you to Paul and the crew for organising this, we'll be there next year (If we're welcome)

Arse. I was going to go to this but it was pissing down here in N.E.Lincs so i figured it probably would be there too. :(

Great cars and a great place!I proposed to my wife in Whitby whilst watching some of Heartbeat being filmed!

That looks like an awesome day! I LOVE Whitby anyway, and with such a superb selection of motors, I'd have been in heaven!! Almost too much to comment on, but: I really do love those splitty VW busses, especially when they're lowered, they just look so cool! Very impressed with the Model A van dragster, with that monster motor and even a 'chute on the back!! Loving the Consul Capri dragster too, a very unusual choice, and well done by the look of it. Less impressed with Mk 1 Cortina dragster- what a horrid roof-chop! The '32 3-window coupe looks all wrong with independant front suspension- really should be a dropped-beam! The maroon and cream Anglia, and the black/green Pop, are both superb though. I could go on, but that's probably more that enough!! Wish I'd been there.
