Was from Sterling cars, or carswithnoreservereading, the way they operate means you don't have to have the car when you win the auction. Which is bloody good!

Car description is very minimal but im sure they coukd have put 'EML on' on the damn listing... Ive used them before with great results.

Handy for neighbourly parts deliveries then, can you bring me a serve kit with you when you come home from work.

Just dropped this beast off for a "super deluxe" valet at my local Eastern European car wash emporium. The wee guys face lit up when I asked for the highest number on the board. "you come back 4 hours" This better be good ?

The valet boys have earned their keep. It wasn't particularly dirty, it had been sat for a while and was a bit dusty inside, but it really has given the interior a good freshen up. Delighted with how it's turned out

I appreciate this hyperbole is often used, but that really does look like a brand new car. Seems a bargain at twice the price.

Sitting bored out my skull in work so thought I'd post an update on this beast. Just over a month in and I'm still very much enjoying it,  having used it just about every day since collecting. Could possibly be my favourite purchase from this forum to date. Usually my eyes are wandering into the for sale section after a month but have no plans to part with it. So what's been happening with it ?

This morning the reverse sensors worked for the first time since I've owned it, excited by this i pulled out of my space and reversed in toward the wall again to see if it continued to work, unfortunately not ! The other day I had to parallel park between two concrete pillars in a tight underground car park, I put the roof down to help navigate ?, I'll need to have a proper look at them as the rear visibility is poor. Plus the beeeeeeeeeep noise it makes when you put it in reverse is annoying.

We also have the EML on for a faulty coolant temperature sensor, which makes sense as the temp gauge goes up and down like a whore's drawers untill the car is properly warm, then sits perfectly in the middle. Managed to get one for a bank busting £11.47. Seems relatively simple to replace from watching a couple of Yoochoob videos so will get that sorted when I get a day off.

Other than those wee niggles, it's been a perfectly behaved daily. I managed to finally get an acceptable day (cauld and sunny) last week to take the roof down and went for a blast up the Campsies and then through to Fintry (Scotoshiters will be familiar with the route, great driving road) And it handled great round the twistys. Can fair shift when using the flappy paddles as well ! Wish I'd stopped to get a few pics now.

Although it's hardly a slouch, I'm tempted to get it remapped through noobtune. +70hp gain for a Stage 1 and only £90. Well known on the Saab forums.

The exterior is also absolutely filthy again which makes me sad looking at the fresh valeted photos of it above !
