By way of a discussion on a different thread, I got thinking about how much I love the Alfa 6 (big, bland, sold badly, unloved, unreliable etc) so managed to dig out these little video clips....

That big Alfa looks almost desirable in the video clip with the enthusiastic Italian commentary Actually, I quite like them, but I'd prefer a 164

Slab-sided, blocky old barge, puts me in mind of an Italian Zephyr Mk4. That makes it great, of course.According to Wikipedia, the styling of the Alfa 6 was actually completed before the Alfetta. It cites the fuel crisis as the reason, but as the Alfetta came out a year before I'm not sure how true it is.
