Enjoy your teatime beers man! I reckon youve earned a few after a long day out.

Back home after a painless day out! Many thanks to Mr Bell for picking me up from Noocassell station in his YELLOW Merc floppytop.

The AX has covered 232 miles to the station car park and did not miss a beat. The occasional hesitation that was reported failed to materialise :-) so the Wynns magic fluid combined with a decent run sorted it out. The car is certainly no motorway cruiser (but I did not buy it for that) but is a fun little buzz box that goes better than I expected, a steady 65mph home.

Top marks to Mr Bell for providing a great little car, with enough petrol to get me home (hence no pez shot) and he even provided the coins for the Tyne Tunnel as I only had notes! 15/10 - would buy again!

Jeez, you made good time. I'm still at Lockerbie services, slowed down down by a glass tank, a sticking throttle, phantom windscreen wipers and a stinking cold.and a football match.

It's been Little Citroen Day, hasn't it! :)

Left the house at 0900 and was back home by 1930. Had a great traffic free run back via Coldstream etc. Very pleasant way to spend a day.

Did I see the saab convertible towing a trailer with a Sonnet aboard following an L200 or similar towing a trailer with a 96 estate. Northbound M6 last Monday?

You did indeed! That was myself and my friend Tony heading home after the NEC show. First spot!
