I had trouble with this when taking photos the other day.

 

If your phone is anything like mine, when you take a photo there is a magnification icon at the side of the screen saying 1.0x or something. If you are holding your phone in landscape mode, make sure the 1.0x is also landscape and it not rotated 90 degrees to the picture you are taking. Same obviously applies to portrait, make sure the 1.0x is facing the right way.

I have not got a image about images being upside down.

but I do appreciate the effort and I download the ones of interest then play with them in paint shop.
