I was going to suggest verifying the mileage with an online MOT checker, but not one of those photos contains the numberplate. Or the entire vehicle. Or anything other than a single component such as the rear window, or headlamp.

 

Perhaps it's deliberate, since he's glibly mentioned that the MOT has expired so you'll just need to pop it in for a new one. What's your betting it's failed horrendously a week ago?

Looks like someone has done about 200,000 tough miles in their 'Ferrari', what a miserable old POS. Props to them for actually using it though i suppose rther than keeping it under a sheet in the garage of their 3-bed suburban semi, only getting it out once a week to stick more self-adhesive prancing horses on the engine and switchgear.

It was built by me and my dad in 2013/14

 

To be fair it looks to have been pretty nicely built, just a shame the finished product looks like an MX5 with an enormous wavy placca shroud over it. £9000 LOLZ

Yes, the wheels on that red one did send up some flags.

 

That V8 has also got a squeaky clean MOT history - five clean passes. Although no MOT between 2008 and 2014, apparently.
