There's literally more vegetation in the car than outside it.

I fully restored this but it was left at my parents house who left it out in the rain neglected.

 

You make it sound like it's their fault that you parked a car outside for twenty years.

I'm sure that cortina was £595 when I was looking at it on the toiler earlier.

You can't see the arches on that Cortina but it doesn't look to bad. It looks to have a 5 speed sierra box fitted too (or at least a 5 spd sierra gear knob).
