Except all they've actually done is whack some old tags and plates on a much newer and totally different model.

And definitely no chance of it potentially being pinched.

Very specific yet utterly confused. Who the hell is going to be there on either or both those days (22nd, 23rd or 9am of September), cash in hand and shouting 'Top bidder was me!!' ?

Yeah, sounds a bit like a train ticket purchase in England.

Valid not on the train line you want to travel, cheaper when you are under 26 but not over 39 before Wednesday mornings but not Tuesday afternoons,

and if you are single but not a student with less than two but more than six children past 11pm but not before 9am on Sundays if Easter is after Christmas

except on bank holidays. Otherwise it's 837 quid to London, but not from Hemel Hempstead or Ipswich. Don't ask for destinations abroad, because this

will involve Le Shuttle, which is 127 quid on any day except August bank holiday if it isn't on a Friday before Tuesday mornings until 13:00 or after you

reached the age of 67, unless you are retired but not disabled since age 23 if you have a rail card issued before 03-04-2007.

What a load of utter, unadulterated bollox.

Wrong!  A Marbella is high on my must-have list, however that one can pass, I've seldom seen such a dreadful choice of interior textiles.  I didn't know they did a Jeans special edition but I wish they hadn't.

Except I think they have done it the difficult way and dropped newer running gear into old chassis and then new body on top. or, ground out the original chassis number and stamped on an older one hmmm

I'm out

Always thought the Marbella looked better than the Panda and wanted to make a 4x4 one. Had a '94 Terra van for work (technically my first new car) with the little diesel VW engine, went like stink. Hilariously basic inside but they did put a radio in at least.

A spotless, low mileage black Marbella lurking in an ex-Rover dealer's back yard was meant to be my first car, however the seller took so long to sort out its leaky fuel tank that I ended up with the world's most abused Citroen AX instead.  I absolutely loved the basic interior and how it was, in 2002, probably one of the least fashionable and stylish cars available.  Basically a rough, not-as-well-made copy of a basic, utilitarian car that hardly anyone has heard of outside of the Spanish rental car market - what's not to like?

There seems to be a small, odd following for them now in shoving bike engines in them.  I can see the reasoning, I think, but it really should have a wheezy. asthmatic engine of less than 1000cc and white steel wheels.  Trouble is, prices are going up, that one's pretty cheap but I cannot see past the nasty interior trim.

Same engine as the MK2 Polo got in continental Europe, never found it's way into any RHD models though.

That Range Rover, maybe i'm insane. But aren't those the ones where the body is bolted to the chassis with about 6 bolts?

Meaning a body swap takes about 12 minutes?

Or have I been on the absinthe again?

It looks like someone was so distracted by its immense hideousness that they drove into the back of it.

I think the impact damage if anything has improved the styling . At least it's got a v8.
