It's over ten grand out of Shiter's territory, but the interior of this Espirit is phenomenal.

I bought this with all the intentions of giving it a full restoration to save it from being lost forever

 

Oh aye, very admirable!!! Nice one our kid.

 

 

however I've just not had time/space this year to start a proper job on the bodywork. Overall it's in alright condition, bit crusty in places, I however was going to do a full strip down and full body work prep, I haven't bought any panels for it yet but were defo going to replace the front doors and the front wings, and the sills.

 

Oh, you have done fuck all eh? Well sometimes life gets in the way doesnt it. My Maser is all too aware of this.

 

 

I have removed the engine and gearbox and these now DO NOT come with the estate (the picture of the bay is just to show the structure, remember NO ENGINE/BOX

Are Dyanes really this expensive now?

I always thought of them as cheap/thinking mans alternative to 2CV

Well 2CVs have shot up so much, that's not a bad price. Don't ask me why 2CVs are so dear now - that's why I got into CXs 15years ago.

This C-reg Escort 1.6 NA diesel is sporting GENUINE C-REG FORD GALLOPING ROT!!!! That makes it a historical artefact as all other examples of this species of rust have been recycled now or have had invasive surgery to remove it. PLus its a 1.6 NA diesel so will be slow as fuck and horribly noisy, and eventually smash its camshaft to bits for a laugh

I think this deserves a special mention, can't be many people who've modelled their motorbike on a  live fairground accident. Minus points for no curiously hair cutted youths pinching girls bums though.
