eBay tat volume 3.

Okay, seriously, am I missing something with this whole 'list car with nothing but the reg in the title' because I really am struggling to see how that could help sell anything unless somebody just happens to put a search in for that exact car.

It is very nice, though.

I think it's when you list a car, eBay offers to find out make and model from the reg.

Either eBay couldn't find the model, or he's typed it in the wrong box. Either way, GR9 proofreading skillorz.

Garage - barn find

Stop right there, i have lost interest

only covered 117k miles

ONLY 117K???? Are you having a fucking laugh?

has been parked in the garage and only been started occasionally

So technically its not a barn find then, you absolute spanner!

Never thought these would become so desirable so (relatively) quickly, as they seemed to be everywhere just a few years ago. And usually selling for buttons, too.

Anyway would.

1990-CITROEN-AX-GT-WHITE

I sold one 5 years ago and I was amazed how much it went for and how far the buyer was prepared to travel.

Maybe the buyer was a super shrewd investor with a barn full of future classics and not (as I suspected) a mug who got carried away with the bidding.

How does a car manage to accrue 117k when it 'has been parked in the garage and only been started occasionally'?

Those are becoming rarer up here. most seem to be returning to the Earth from where they came. Except if they're sky blue in colour, of course.

Owned a nice AX GT about 10yrs ago struggled to sell it for scrap money then would now be worth 10 times.. great fun to rag ..

Nice to see the use of the word whence in that Pontiac ad. I think maybe the ' from' is unnecessary but top grammar marks anyway ,pity about the car.

The Pontiac Division seemed to be on a suicidal course design wise , from the late 80's till the end.

This looks like a steal for £1,295. Taxed and tested Dyane.

I bought this car for my wife in a fit of nostalgia, because it was her first car back in the 80s. My intention was to fully restore it for her, but she confessed that, although it was a nice idea, she had moved on and would not want to drive it. Sadly, therefore, I am now selling it.

What a bitch.
