I  these UAZ vans.  Known as "Buhanka" which translates to "loaf of bread", it's like a Commer van's tougher cousin.  They all had four wheel drive, while this one benefits from the luxury of a 2.3 Ford Sierra engine.

Here's how they drive

it's got to be worth it just for the in car computer sending you random warning messages in a foreign languages. The message on the dash here seems to mean incomplete closure in spanish, which i presume means the electrical system is on the verge of taking a permanent seista.

Check out this Mahindra jeep!  I thought they all had very high bonnets, like the Indian engineers had watched war movies filmed in Cinemascope on old CRT televisions.  But this one looks pretty good.

I HAVE OWNED THIS VEHICLE FOR 9 YEARS AND DID USE IT FOR THE FIRST COUPLE BUT DECIDED TO TAKE IT OFF ROAD TO 'DO IT UP A LITTLE'

Good work, well done, A+ for effort.

Even though it clearly says 1993 K Reg Citroen BX for some reason the link just brings up a Saab :?

Perhaps it was part-exed for the BX? Perhaps the seller's simply renamed the existing classified ad. I doubt any of his cars will come with more than enough fuel to get you around the corner to Tesco. The Saab sounds a little less dubious than that leaking BX, quite like the look of it even. But it'll have cost £200 or less - as the seller admits - and has been pushed through a test with just enough of a welded patch to see it on its way. Better than being crushed, of course.

I'm glad I don't live close enough to be tempted by all these "bargains"!

Cheers for the link but after all that it was an Onion. Next time I'll trust your judgement.

I used to own that car. Can't find the description but I'm probably the idiot that spent a lot of money on it.

Bought it from one of the biggest bellends on the BX forum (which is a statement!) and it is probably the worst car I've ever owned. The ride was okay but it leaked LHM from everywhere - when I took it to the MOT station they sealed up what they needed to but revealed to me some twat previous owner had set up the system, incorrectly, using old pieces of garden hose and other things lyinga round the house. The engine was good, had a Bosch pump, but naturally the retard I sold it to (an 18 year old, "new to classic cars") immediately thought EPIC FUEL SAVINGS SUCCESS and ran through it everything that he could find - WVO, straight veg, motor oil, probably semen, until the fuel system catastrophically failed about 1000 miles later. The interior was awful but I feel that my using it as an extension to the garden shed somewhat contributed this. I don't remember it being too rusty but it's nice that some people still people like they can polish a turd even if that involves tacky wheeltrim painting.

it would of been ace if Rover fiddled with the onboard computer and it came up with OMGHGF after explosions had happened, or when the cambelt service was due it just showed £££££££££££
