Firstly, we do not have the V5. The elderly gentleman who it belonged to had misplaced it. 
He was going to look for it but passed away a short time later. So it will need to be applied for.

 

I wonder what will happen if the people looking after the estate decide that they don't want to give you the V5?

Putting the number plate in the ad title seems to be a common problem these days with listings such as these:
