The anorak might be confused by the front end, the viva h.a. stooped late 60's and the front shape changed to the h.b. and the h.c., but... the van kept the same shape front throughout up to about a w plate when they stopped

theres a j type in maroon in the background, theyre making good money lately, £3k as a project up to £10k as a minter

Probably a nutter or something to be honest, I always thought these were known as HA vans right up to when they stopped making them.

Oh look, another POS old VW t25. Looks a hell of a lot like mine only slightly more shagged. It's not OMGRATLOOK, just rough.

Looks like it's got some fancy calipers up front, often tells a tale.

Some winrar has lobbed the vw engine and put a 280bhp subaru turbo engine. Nice one. I wouldn't fancy the gearboxes chances though, they're marginal with 112bhp!

Mine's a right laugh to drive just lowered with a Mk3 golf gti engine, I bet this thing is mental!

Those Saffers received some awesome stuff in the 70s/80s. Check out this utter sex machine. I'm sure it'll reach Bargains status soon enough though.

Not sure how to get a normal sized photo, as opposed to a huge one or a thumbnail...

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1983-TALBOT-A ... 3ccb9936c8

To make sensible picture sizes, change the last two digits of the code to

This^.

This^.

Again.

Please.

I think that's Criggion Quarry in the background. Somewhere near there were these..

So there you go, a cool car and a history lesson too.

 @ Cobblers

What a cracker, love the interior. I've lived in Shropshire for 11 years and have driven past Criggion and Breidden Hill every week for the last 5 and never knew the antennas used to be there. The remaining buildings are very evocative and the kind on ones you used to see in 1970's Dr Who episodes
