Is that J9 a runner?  Description seems a bit thin, although my Flemish is pretty much non-existent so it makes little odds anyway.  You definitely need it in your life though.

However, I believe LBC flags emails as from overseas, I can't remember where I read that, so if you know anyone actually inside the hexagon that might be your best bet.
