Henry looking nice and clean after being treated to a wash, though this time of year it won't be long before he's dirty again lol

Another 500+ mile round trip for Henry this month, my OH and I are going to the Winnie the Pooh museum in Sussex.

Henry booked in to the garage on the 13th to get his brakes looked at, hopefully it will cure the wobble under braking

Henry now dropped off at the garage to get his brakes looked at.

New front discs and pads were about £220 including labour and VAT.

My OH's Corsa clicked over 100k miles a few weeks ago though not sure when as I wasn't in the car at the time and she's not interested enough to notice these things

Just home from a weekend in Sussex, Henry did 561.8 miles in 3 days at an average of 64.1mpg according to the OBC

No it's a good average.

Yes I would say it is Tonic Blue, I agree it's a nice colour. When I got my old Fiesta I actually wanted a Fusion in either Tonic Blue or Jeans Blue but the monthly payments would have been too much. It isn't obvious from the picture but his friend is an 07 reg Estate too.

An update on a  couple of previous cars, it would appear the yellow Panda has been scrapped as no trace at DVLA and MOT expired.  The red Mk6. 5 Fiesta is still on SORN and MOT expired.

Just spent an hour cleaning Henry's dashboard and front windows, knew it needed doing but hadn't realised just how filthy it was in there. It's not perfect now but an improvement on before.

A few trim bits for Henry are on their way courtesy of someone off another forum who has broken his Mk2 for parts.

I may be buying a 2004 C-Max 2.0 tdci very cheap from someone at work. It's currently his dog carrying car so I'll need to give it a good valet then possibly get the timing belt done.

I like the C Maxes, I'm sure it will give you good service. If you want a hand valeting it give me a shout.

Package arrived today. I've a couple of days off later in the week so hopefully will be able to fit the new (well secondhand) trim to Henry this week.

Henry has been making friends again this time with one of his cousins.

Anyone know if the handle from a door card can be removed?

Henry will get a good run out to Shropshire this weekend, probably be the last one for a few weeks owing to the current situation re coronavirus. Sadly some of the places I was planning on visiting will be closed but the weather looks like its going to be good so I should be able to get some good photos of the area, and currently some of the Ironbridge Gorge museums are still open so the weekend won't be wasted.

Had a nice run down to Shropshire this afternoon, plan for tomorrow now is to go to the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire given the situation with coronavirus.

Just renewed Henry's insurance, £450ish for the year including breakdown and protected no claims not bad.
