Swapped the tyres over on the 75 so now has a good tyre (back to a matching set of 4) and good rim on the NSF (£15, very reasonable IMO) but the vibration persists, its really bad, even the door pins rattle above 40mph. It almost certainly feels like a tyre but I'm unclear which one. I do know that the tyre Ive put back on went flat for a bit, possibly a flat spot that will iron out with use? They are all less than a year old so Id have thought they be malleable.

Good news is the flapping noise has gone. There was a small triangular section of undertray at the OS corner which was loose but flapping up the way at 30mph. 2 cable ties and no more of that noise and I also don't need to worry about the gearbox!

Ive put it away for now as the battery is very weak and needs replaced and I think its going to need tyres too. Perhaps a set of reasonably priced Starspokes will come up nearby.

Not an engine mounting is it? Theres a hydraulic (hydramount?) that fails.

Cheers man, thats been replaced and still looks good (i.e. not leaking).

At this stage, it could be anything. Anyway, I'm done fucking about with it for the moment and just going upstairs this very minute to put it on SORN until the spring.
