I need the following... Small/cheap to insure (or old enough for classic policy) 3 or more seats. Under 350 quid. Mot until Jan/Feb 2018 As close to Southend, Essex as possible as money is so tight, I do have to factor in collection costs. I've just missed out on two roffles, and I need a car ASAP. Thanks guys....
