is the sierra anything special? the back seats look like they could be a bit posh,or maybe just standard ghia spec

It's got the 90 spec onwards one piece back seat headrest, came on GLX/GLS and above. GLX being late 91 onwards when they fitted the revised dash and body coloured bumpers.
