Any chance of a reliable Bodyshop in the Chesterfield area?

My VW T25 needs a couple of bits of bodywork doing before I put it up for sale. I've been stung so many times with painters that I'm really hesitant to even bother anymore, but on the off chance that someone knows a painter near me that's reliable, I might just get it done, otherwise it's going up for sale as it is with £500 knocked off the price.

 

It also looks like I've bought another T25 now, which will at some point need a wheel arch replacing and a respray -  Not for a while as the sale of the first van will pay for this.

 

But, again, I'm so loathe to let anyone else at it that I'm considering hiring a bloody unit and doing it myself because I'd rather spend 3 weeks sanding and filling my lungs with isocyanides than dealing with excuses from the painters I already know!

 

So does anyone know someone reliable? I don't want to pay a fortune, but on the other hand I don't expect a "2 bucket wrongun" new car finish, just something that's appreciably better than I could have done myself, done within weeks rather than months.

Try Jack Ellis at Lower Pilsley. Not cheap but does a good job.

Like all body shops though you have to be precise with your requirements!

Used to be a bloke in Creswell called jack I think on the little trading estate but he was nuts so may no,longer be there.

 

He did a decent job on my Delta at the right price.
