Wanted Anything that runs with MOT for about £200

Since the Golf will be off the road while being fixed for an MOT, my son desperately needs a substitute car but has next to no money at present (he's just started a new job). All it needs is a month or two MOT, be as cheap as possible and fit someone tall. We are already trawling Ebay and Gumtree but I thought I'd ask on here. Manchester area but can pick up within reasonable distance.

Loads of local "cheap cars in ********",or even "cars under £200/300" ect

Just make sure you have a broken xbox/non running pitbike to offer as a px......😉

Think this is solved thanks to Autotrader of all sources. Will update later but AS traditions are being upheld, I believe.

Can't stand the Facebook pages for cars they are all wannabe dealers with no idea of prices and have a tendency to omit any bad stuff that would get a full Paypal refund if it was on Ebay (like "I didnt now it was a cat c" "oh yeah its done 436736 miles")

I do have a Megane siting on my drive which has mot until December. I need it for weekend of 13th Nov but you are more than welcome to borrow it until then.

 

Alternatively it wi be available after that for the princely sum of £100

 

The Polo may also be on offer after that although another shiter may be having it.
