quick product review, Autosmart g101 cleaner

The seats in the front of the zx are filthy, not helped by being a really light colour. I work at a truck hire company and spoke to the lads that prep them up and they recommended the above product. So I procured some of eBay and decided to have a go at the front seats. Previously they were just a mucky dark grey colour,hard to see the real pattern under the dirt. So mixed up the potion and set to with a cloth and trigger bottle. What you see is about 10 minutes work. Remember the seats are wet so darker than normal but I can see stripes in the pattern again! I call that a success!

Interesting product, never heard of it, looked it up and it gets the very best reviews everywhere.

It looks like you dilute to the strength you want and use it to clean just about anything, one bloke uses it to clean motorcycle chains another to clean bathrooms.

I might just give this a try, nice one Dean!

Yep, I buy g101 in 5l bottles. You do have to buy proper chemical resistant spray bottles though, it kills normal anti bac bottles in about a week!

When I bought my VTS the seller had sprayed that horrible shiny stuff all over the dash and interior. To remove it I sed the G101 diluted 1:10 that a very nice chap who styled himself "Commodore" sent me for free. It did the trick.

Both of them have the bonus feature of being quite adapt at getting green off concrete fence posts/gravel boards.

I've shampooed the outside of the car, sprayed the engine to degrease it and cleaned the interior with G101.

Autosmart used to do a gadget called Vortex which worked off a compressor. It was the absolute tits, we've worn three out valeting coaches with them. G101 in the bottle, vortex the seats/carpets/headcloth. The absolute bollocks they were. Apparantly new Vortex is pish.

I use G101 a lot cleaning the cars. Its great stuff can be used at various dilutions for may jobs.

I remember wanting one of those a few years ago, and the massive compressor that went with it. Although doesn't it just blast the crap down into the depths of the upholstery out of the way?
