Black Country - "cruising free zone"

weve had that in stoke for years now on the festival park,i know some "cruisers"who just go 1/2 mile away to asda car park where its not enforcable.the law used pick on me regularly if i was in my brothers tvr,but in my own car a rusty 1983 panda never got a second glance,so it seems to me you can be criminalised just for having a nice motor, but i still dont know what "cruising "is in the eyes of the law,it can only mean following your mates in convoy,as when your parked you cant be cruising, just gives the plod the chance to dictate what they want on the road, and where you can drive, nitpicking anything they can.i think its a load of bollocks
