Check out this beauty of a MK1 Tranny pickup spotted in Exmouth today, hand painted and appears to be in commercial use with a load of grafters gear in the back!

BONUS PIC Mr. Xr 8)

Nice to see it finished - last pic I saw of this it had no interior. One - time Midland Scottish vehicle based in Perth that was.

OK! Loving the SWB phase2 truck, though never understood the commercial applications of a pick up that can only take a ton, if you are going to have one, have a twin wheel! xr1984 where in the country are you? I could do with a bus on the books, had a big struggle for Ashes finding one (actually 2) for a coach park scene. Got there in the end, but cos of the LEZ they are very rare in the South now.

Chap called DocChevron over on Bxclub may be the chap to chat too with regards old busses, he has a few including a Bristol that he was thinking of selling.

It's Gulf racing colours from the '60s, see Porsche 917s and Ford GT40 for details

Ah Ok, sorry I am ignorant of continental cars sometimes, and with us talking about buses I thought that was what it would be!

I'm pretty sure that bus is at Lathalmond in Fife. It's probably a bit far away for your purposes but they do have buses of all shapes and sizes up there.

You should worry, us with Mk2 transits were nearly shafted with it, but the transit stage has been put on hold, to be put to consultation this summer. I will be watching that one, so I don't miss it when it's time to vote NO!
