New POD Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 £1k isn't a lot of money for another year of CLASS. My plan since the summer is that a) Value of car is irrelevant, insurance is irrelevant c) fuel and tax are irrelevant. but if a car you like needs £1K spending to guarantee* a year of motoring, you may as well, as that works out for me at 5p a mile, which is okay. * not withstanding that the shit hits the fan occasionally. billyboy406v6 Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 Pic of your bum after rappeage not required as we all believe you, enjoy your next years motoring !
Junkman Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 The most important question remains. Did you draw a dick on the toilet door of that garage? Christine, Sealtainn, Uncle Jimmy and 5 others 8
NorfolkNWeigh Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 This almost makes me feel OK about spending £400 MOTing a Rover 600 that cost £100 2years ago and is now worth .....oooooh £100.But daughter loves it and it'll do until I win a 75 in a roffle. Partridge 1
Uncle Jimmy Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 Welcome to The South of England, where everything is extortionate and older things are evil. EssDeeWon 1
Felly Magic Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 I use our very own classic friendly spannerman near the Suffolk/Norfolk border, aka michael1703, reasonable rates, and some interesting shite around his gaff. Kudos to you Partridge, you are a lost cause when it comes to old Overs Partridge 1
andrew e Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 No Bum rappage here in the south - £60 an hour, and that's 100 yards from Waitrose.
Junkman Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 £35 an hour 100 yards from me, and the next Waitrose is in that posh Cheadle Hulme what wives drive Audi Q7s in.Verdict: Bum rappage darn sarf. EssDeeWon 1
red5 Posted February 20, 2016 Posted February 20, 2016 Just out of interest (and feel free to say no) would you mind stating the parts/labour split? No particular axe to grind, and not trying to make a point at anyones expense. Sam
dugong Posted February 20, 2016 Posted February 20, 2016 Please let CS and I help you next time XOG needs work.
