I think the fascia is a thing of beauty - it's so bad it's good, and it at least looks as if someone thought about the end user - have you tried a current model Fiesta?  It's like trying to drive a 737-100 - a million tiny buttons scattered everywhere (I hired one once).

I just had too

Looks like me and Mrs djimbob will be punting down the A1 to the lincs wolds area to get our hands on more korean shite, suitable for the daily commute on the motorways and such of West Yorkshire, might get some exciting photo ops if she deigns to use her camera phone, we shall see :-D

Which definitely leaves the Pug 205 needing re-homing, more to follow I'm sure, space is now at a premium :-P

That's the spirit ruff, you need some older quality chod.

Hijack time: should we do a Lincs meet or sommat? you me and stixy aren't that far apart, plus there are others not a million miles away. Maybe a day at the buuble car place?

Lush!

now that is what i LIKE to see on an aeroplane's dashboard, lots of proper dials and buttons!

those airbus things, no wonder they are always crashing, with those silly little joystick things, telly screens and buttons doing multiple functions.

talk to me about the 205, I'm not far from Stixy...

it's off strange Angel who got it off another shiter i believe, the 1.6 auto petrol, coupe, M reg, good nick, Mardi Gras spec, test until November, electric front windaz, power steering, forgot the mileage but it's not bad (sub round the clock deffo). no rust to the best of my knowledge, would make a good donor for the sporty types really.

Had a rear end shunt, and SA replaced the tailgate and bumper, which I have badly rattle canned, but looks acceptable from a distance in fog and rain, small dent in driver's wing, but nowt terrible, small leak in sunroof which gives approx two drops onto passenger's lap on set off - not me so ha ha!

Put a new cheapy deckless stereo in with household speakers which will remove for the sake of decency if anyone cares?

I'd better take some photos as this description makes it sound like a shed, which to the untrained eye it is, but for the lover of shonky old Frog shite it's a keeper :-D

Was going to come down in the Sedona as it has a full tank of diesel, but could meet up with the 205 if a deal can be struck?

OT: - Stixy, have you moved then? location says Boston.

Yes i am between Boston and Skeg now , any further  east and i would be in the sea !

Just got back from nigh on 250 mile round trip, cars were boringly perfect, great to meet Neil and his collection of Fords, will post some pics after I've given my back a rest (just an excuse for a nap :-P )

Good to meet you both  today and i glad that your Sedona made it back ok   , i had no doubt about the Magentis  ;)

Car 51  gone but car  52 still available

refreshed from nap, now will attempt to upload photos I promised!

Cold start this morning, Sedona facing downhill as losing pressure in the fuel line overnight, saves having to pressurise by the bulb every day :-P

Failed to take pics at Neil's, but we were hungry and needed the loo on the way back to Leeds, so stopped in this car park, next to this sweet Rover

I'd have had that bugger as well if funds, space, and a driver were all aligned cosmically :-D

I've managed to have a blat around town in our new motor, and I can confirm it's a lovely thing, drives really well, everything works, smooth as a smooth thing, ridiculously good for three hundred nicker, and everything Neil said it was and more 8)  (reckon we got mid to high thirties MPG on the way back despite her Maj leathering it up the A1 in rain and murk, so very good for a big motor - and it shifts when required).

Coldplay......?

Why don't you just redirect the exhaust into the passenger compartment.....

Just a happy update, the Magentis passed her test on saturday, couple of advisories, not bad at all considering I've only put air in tyres, a bit of oil and a teeny bit of water in since we picked her up early this year, and it is still flying along the highways and byways of the UK with nary a care in the world 8)
