Rocket88 Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 Due to increasing senility, and general creakiness,I'm looking to out my 2001 Rover 75 Tourer, 2 litre V6 manual. Full service history, no overheating nasties, recent cambelt change. Dark Met blue Carniosseur se, with almost all of the fruit. I'll send Mr Welfare some pics later to post, if he'd be so kind. Looking for something large, stupid, and automatic, preferably as bizarre as possible.
r.welfare Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 Will post 'em when I get 'em, Mr Clarke. 2L KV6 equals more shitepoints if you ask me, as most petrol lovers went for the 1.8 or 2.5, but it already sounds a goodun if the cambelt change (6 hours labour IIRC?) has been done.
Rocket88 Posted February 9, 2009 Author Posted February 9, 2009 cambelt done 20k miles ago [at 88,000] Coolant changed every 2 years, doesn't use oil, all the toys work[ inc lovely heated seats] just that due to knee/hip/back creakiness, I need an auto. By the way, am willing to travel to the UK for the right deal, car is taxed, MOT'D and still UK registered
