Three door estate, actually, fuck my old boots.  That means it's a shooting brake, and shooting brakes are WINHAH.

Can I interest sir in an Accord Aerodeck

I am trying to come up with a polite and friendly version of FRO, but somehow failing.

Hopefully to some flat arsed conveyancer, so I dodged that bullet, but an Allegro in Martini racing colours with a rev counter? OMGOMGOMGOMG.

You are hopelessly fucked.

Buy everything, it is much easier that way.

I want a Triumph that looks like a Citroen, viz the one and only SD2 -

Good god. I just saw how that evolved into the Maestro in my head. "That droopy line at the front should meet the indicator. And the tail looks a bit heavy."

Glad the SD2 never got into production.  It is seriously fugly.

Looks not a million miles from some 70s to 80s French chodes.  Rennerz and Citdowns and such.

Pissing down with rain all day today, and the BL heaps (Jag is ex BL, but whatevs) all happen to be outdoors.  The Landy leaks like a sieve, of course, but it did when new, I am sure. You can tell that the floor has fallen out when the water is no longer above your welly tops.  The Dolly, Rover, and Jag, however, are bone dry in footwells, boots, gloveboxes etc.    No doubt they will go leaky in due course, but at least not yet.  The Webasto on the Dolly and the slidey metal sunroof on the Rover aren't leaking yet.  The Lotus is still in a big shed in London.

Don't you have that great big barn to put them in? Just think you could park them in there and then have a genuine barn find every morning, it would triple their values overnight.

Shirley car covers should be in order for 70s chod if they are being left outside.

That Martini Allegro is local to me and I have seen it out and about.

I can have a look at for you if you want.

Local legend has it that he only selling it because he's sick of beating off the laydees with a shitty stick*

The big shed is not part of my gaff, alas, and is rented out to a dude who has it stuffed with serious Ferraris and Maseratis and stuff. I am negotiating with a nearby farm for shed rentage.  Car covers on order, but, BL-tastically, there appears to be a strike on at the bespoke super posh breathable cover company that I have ordered from.  BL-a-rama!

Sunrise with scrapheap.  5.15 AM, and rosy fingered dawn  (well known 70s Danish lesbian flick) arrives in Oxfordshire Shire, over a bunch of sheds.

It's me old mum's!  1.4 autobox, doesn't go up hills.    Gets parked closest to door, cos she has a dodgy hip.

Landy currently in use as not very mobile shed full of old tat.  Running fine, but brakes still need adjusting as are soft as fook, even by old Landy standards.  OK if you double pump them.

PS:  yes, I really do live with my mum!  OK, she lives with me.  My old dad too.  He used to work for BL, and hates all my heaps!

That does look a good un. I had a 1750 sport many years ago and they do go well. At 3k that probably isn't too bad value as agro prices are creeping up now.

Not many Equipes left.

Hard to believe they were making 4000 allegros per week at one stage.

Have I shown you mine?
