I'm thinking about selling the c15, I don't have the patience for it at the moment.

Anyone fancy it for £150.

Needs a driveshaft or cv gaiters replaced on the current shafts and some bulbs for an mot.

Making space for a Scirocco ?   :-D

Making space for something modern than I can just jump in and drive.

I went to view this earlier.

Took it for a spin around the yard, seemed ok but the front windows don't go back up, they were down when the photos were taken and still down when he pulled it out the garage. There's some bodged wiring going into the door. All of the wheel arches have tape covering the rust. Overall not a bad car but I'm not wanting another project. The seller dropped the price to £250 and I still walked away.

That 306 has been for sale through various people for ages. Last seller had it for £300 or so before it presumably sold.

It's got a great interior though.

And probably got 40% of the rear inner arch missing.306 Sedans are very pleasant cars though.

Just leave it as-is. All it needs is text on the side reading "FOAD TOFU* DELIVERY"

*Or whatever the Scottish equivalent of tofu is.

Tattie scones, or perhaps white pudding; tasteless stodge that can be rendered edible by frying in bacon fat.

So with a potential house move in the very near future and no suitable vehicles to help with the move I needed another pickup. I spotted this Jumbuck at the end of my street at a garage/car wash with a £500 sign in the window.

It's a bit Barryboys having had a respray from white to red and lots of other bits done black including the interior, grille and the OZ alloy wheels. Other areas of the dash have been done in carbon fiber and the rear window has been tinted.

It drives fine and has mot until April 2019 and I reckon it will come in handy for the move. Considering that fucked Jumbuck cost me £235 last week I think this was a bit of a bargain at £500

LOL - "Handling by Lotus" and a rendering of a solid axle on leaf springs....like they use on horse-drawn carts.

The old w123 is thankfully still running well, I've been using it this week and the running issues haven't come back. b87d4f9a636abb2b86d7f631e50af275.jpg7f9ac53ef6b5b8a689598dd7f585360e.jpg1348e0f5761c1168938e782ebc5ac06f.jpg1900719d422631c46cbaba9cb16b2aa3.jpg

After fucking up the head gasket ages ago I decided it would be quicker getting someone else who knows what they're doing to fit it so this afternoon I set about towing it away.

The jumbuck is pretty rubbish for towing.

That looks purposeful FOAD. After seeing a crew cab owned by a farmer Mrs Spart has expressed an interest in a Ranger, I know about the OMGHG etc issues but other than that what are they like to live with?

Is that 4wd too?

Looks a lot better without the spanners on the doors and the rear tub in white

Yeah, that spanners thing looked like it was trying to emulate some 'Big Tools Speed Shop' or the like. Each to their own though I guess

This one is rear wheel drive which I find quite pleasant to drive, it's certainly not as stiff/bouncy as the 4x4 mazda b2500 I had recently, I think the rwd rangers drive much more like cars.

I have no real need for 4 wheel drive and because the 2 wheel drive is fitted with a limited slip diff means with a decent pair of rear tyres it's still quite capable off road. With shit tyres on a wet roundabout they are absolutely lethal - gr8 4 drifting...

You could drive one daily as your main car, the double cabs have the most space in the rear seating area but the bed is quite short, the super cabs have a slightly longer bed and less space inside and the single cabs have a huge bed but very little room inside which isn't great if you're using it for the weekly shop...

Found some 15" bbs alloys for the Audi, not sure whether to leave them as they are or paint them silver. b4ad66ec28b9e72ea81d094e8638c03a.jpg

I like them as they are, love that Audi. Mental prices being sought for them over here

I prefer it on the proper wheels. They somehow look too small even though they are larger & the extra offset just makes them appear they don't fit.
