I currently have a double garage with power. Only issue is that landlord keeps stuff in it and also it leaks a bit.

Have a chance of a lockup that holds 4-5 cars with leccy and very cheap, but its 30miles away, would i be mad to go for it?

I had a garage 12 miles away and kept my bikes and a car in it, I found it a pain in the arse to be honest, I had to travel across a busy town and it could take a good half hour to get there, if I had to go 30 miles every time I wanted to do anything it would drive me nuts.

Mine now has a leak free roof and even has a bit of guttering and a water butt on the down pipe now so I can now wash the cars without worrying about the water meter.

I even keep my spare shite car in the garage now.

Next it's getting a coat of rubber paint on the concrete floor.

I can't work out why the photos are upside down.
