Very nice and retro in an 80's way (not that I consider the 80's retro, but kids today keep telling me my paisley tie collection is retro and they were the height of trendyness in the 80's, along with my piano leather tie and white socks.)

Are you trying to tell me those aren't trendy anymore?

A local Charade CX:

Abandoned since 2005.

Also another local green one with 3,000 miles, sold for £650 last year:

Hi Station  -  those last two you mention wouldn't be in the Bristol area, by any chance?  I saw a couple advertised a while

back, I think on "Viva Street"  but was unable to track them down  -  is that D reg one still abandoned, i love the later updated

Chinese eye headlights /grille/corner light improvement  - looks much like a Starlet of the era  (same factory, different door!) :-D

'JC' puts the reg from Bangor. I reckon Station may have spotted that when he went home to the The Wirral. There's loads of cars from Slater's in that area, along with most of North Wales. If that is the case, it hasn't gone far.

^^ I forgot all about that one - wasn't I interested in it not long ago!??

The abandoned Charade is on the Wirral! House is abandoned also.

Well, foolishly I put it up for sale AFTER it was sorned last October, when I left uk to do my six month sentence out here (again)

in the islands....  Nigel said to me " i think you should have advertised it a bit sooner" !!

I love the car, it's my 6th Charade, but having

not been able to resist Wuvvum's old blue Twingo last year, and having already the fiat 903cc pandora in Dorset, and now being

tempted by some yank shit at Cunt Maple Salvage, for this year, reluctantly it may have to go.  47K mileage, cambelt done, classic insurance under 100,....

ask me more .....

MORE!

Have you got any tasty spares knocking about?

Excellent purchase, dugong!  FWIW I cannot disapprove this in any way.  My sister had a G11 in dark blue, and before that (1989-90) I had the previous model.  They're a right laugh to drive.  If only Lovejoy lived closer, even for half the year...

"TASTY BITS"  ?  ..........  well, this springs to mind, but doubt you'd be interested, very expensive to maintain....

-  just couldn't resist that, sorry....   I do have some extra G11 stuff, scattered around, this white dog over here has AC fitted

(whatta laugh,AC on 993cc !!!)  and in UK I have a complete stripped block minus head, various trim stuff, but NO

nice alloys that'll fit yours or mine  -   perhaps you'd better knock about with the pink miss instead...?

(steady, Eddy,  )
