sporty-shite Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 Right. After the V5 tax nonsense of the 147, and subsequent emergency MG purchase, I have positive progress on V5 for Alfa and negative progress on bank balance. So, I'm offering all three of these for sale. At least one must go, two or more can go if there's the sign of cheap economical PX. Alfa 147 2.0 Lusso. 54 reg 5 door in metallic black. 17" Alfa alloys, full leather, dual zone climate control, original CD player with high spec Parrot handsfree & Ipod/Aux/USB input and steering wheel controls. Good condition, although has some light damage on nearside wing and rear arch. Drives well, and has MOT until Jan 2015. No tax. V5 being issued by DVLA on 21st Feb as confirmed by them in writing last week. No history of belt changes, so would factor in for one if it's going into regular use. £800. Ford Puma 1.7 "Black" special edition. Full black leather, which is wear free and clean. Original Ford CD player, aircon, elec windows but manual mirrors (?) central locking, but only on key, not remote. Solid rear arches, although the early signs of bubbling is evident. Bit of damage high up on N/S/F wing, but not dead obvious. Drives A1. Recent new coil pack and leads, loads of history, including book stamped for belt change. 93000 miles. 12 months MOT, tax to end of April. £700. MG ZS+ 1.8. Bought as an emergency snotter whilst awaiting Alfa V5. Trophy Blue, half leather with blue inserts, elec front windows (although drivers in inop!) and mirrors, remote central locking, alloys. Drives well, but was losing a bit of water. Have K-sealed it in true AS tradition, and it seems to have cured it. Will keep updated on this, but if it's still leaking and looks like HGF, then it'll obviously be spares/repairs and priced accordingly. Also, it's a bit leggy at 165k, and has a few battle scars, but still drives much better than you would expect. MOT to May, tax to end of March. V5 not arrived yet, but will issue full receipt from my house along with tea/coffee/orange pop and biscuits. £375.
Cavcraft Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 That Alfa must be a right laugh, my lad's 1.6 was quick enough, the 2.0 must be mega fun?
sporty-shite Posted February 17, 2014 Author Posted February 17, 2014 That Alfa must be a right laugh, my lad's 1.6 was quick enough, the 2.0 must be mega fun? 150 bhp, Billy. Not had chance to really stretch it's legs yet, I've only driven it to MOT and back. Looking forward to having a proper go, unless someone wants to help me keep NatWest from the door! Cavcraft 1

face Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 Puma is staggering value. I have a 1.4 and it is an absolute hoot. The 1.7 must be fabulous.
beko1987 Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 The spit of my old one is that Puma. With the leather it is a very nice place to be, and you can do nutterish speeds through the corners with one!
sporty-shite Posted February 18, 2014 Author Posted February 18, 2014 Where are these fine beasts stabled?Sporty Towers in the leafy parish of Daisy Hill* *between Bolton and Wigan, close to major motorways and the west coast mainline. Can collect from station/airport etc.

eddyramrod Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 Well I got one, but I don't know how it happened. I think you just have to wait for Dave to notice, and then he adds it. Have a free bump instead.
