Just bought 1992 Toyota Estima Lucida diesel/auto/4x4.

Drives nice, had recent head, but going to fit new rad asap just to be safe.

11 month ticket.

Has all the gubbins,overdrive,a/c,moon roof & sunroof.

Only £350.

Minor dent in door & tailgate but no rust.

Just fitted my Dvd/satnav which went straight in using original mountings.

I really rate these. My sister had one for years, comfortable and not too juicy if you stay off the turbo.

Good on yer, Dave. You seem a bit happier these days, after being a bit down. Hope all is well.

True shite motoring. Not sure I'd post up pictures of my old tat with its fancy DVD player and where I live showing on it...

Where Dave lives appears to be a house, possibly somewhere in the UK, so that narrows it down a bit for Jim the Crim.

The sat-nav screen will narrow it right down for him then.

Assuming it to show the home address, then, yes. If it is showing that address, then I agree that Dave might want to edit that one. I hope that Jim the Crim doesn't read this site, but I suppose that he might.

A quick look online and yes, it is the correct address as the Escort he had for sale is outside.

I love the rear parking mirrors on these. Out of interest do they work? I hope they do. They are simplicity, how all things should work rather than complicated electrical nonsense.

The mirror is convex, like a super-wide angle, so it shows how close the rear bumper is to stuff. Genuinely useful and as you say, better than technology.

I know exactly where that is, on account have having been brought up less than 2 miles away...

Truly nice vehicles. Our elderly neighbours had one and it was a real beaut to drive and sooooo comfy.

Seems to be prone to OMGHGF woes or is that more myth than reality? Theirs went a couple of times and the second time saw it sold on ebay for spares or repair. Seem to recall that a particular brand of coolant was recommended and I believe that a Taliban favoured larger rad is also an option to combat the OMGHGF sadness.

Fabulous gadget abundant shite. Nice one.

And Dave now knows who was posting shite through his letterbox 15 years ago

The tailgate is a good indication as to how effective this one was !

Good jap reliability though :)

Tis not a parking mirror! It's for being able to see children and old people who are lying on the ground when you reverse .

Also probably useful for parking.

I also know exactly where Dave lives now too, luckily only honest people watch Autoshite !

Common problem on these, Dave? My neighbour had one with a knackered turbo but soon put it right.
