It looks like it's either been an aborted overtaking attempt by the Audi or the Dodge has pulled out to overtake while it was being overtaken.Is the Dodge made of fibreglass?

That's a good point. Maybe Mr Dodge floored it when Mr Audi was trying to overtake and made the back end step out.
