Love the Ital, ayrshirelad. 8)

Great Laurel, too. :D

With a degree of luck, I'll be dragging my mate across from Glasgow in one of his two shite Jags for this. I'll be hiding the unremarkable Volvo in the corner, as before!

Great stuff, It was an all afternoon affair last time with the very last of us leaving before it got dark, it seems a good time was had by all and nobody complained (to me at least) so I was pretty happy with how it went. Come along, I'm sure there'll be a couple more E30 owners to speak to... Think it was the car of choice last time.

Thank you for the comment on me Ital. Couldnt make it today unfortunalty lack of petrol ad lack of clutch in said Ital. Going into the shed last time the noise form the clutch was metal to metal!. Currently half way threw paining the bootlid again! How did today go, rotten weather here in Ayrshire rain hailstones and decidly cold. Hope it was better in Dunfermline.

It wasn't a great deal better in Dunfermline, although all the precipitation was liquid at least. There was a better turnout than I expected considering the weather, in fact the shed was probably fuller than it was the last time.

Looks like a good turn out. Shed handy on a day like today!. How did you get the pic form above Richard, are you spider man in disguise!?

Richard, Can i use that photo on the Facebook page please?

Yes, no problem. This should be the full size version. http://imgur.com/I9GqODL.jpg you can save it and upload it to FB.

No acrobatics required, the ground is much higher at that end of the shed.

Thanks, how did you get on at Waxwing?

The guy came out and told us he was closed. He was friendly enough so we decided not to push it, we'll catch it on another day when the weather's a bit better.

This time Retroshite will be held in an abandoned petrol station very close to the M90/A92.

It's a huge location and has enough space for hundreds of cars around the back. The petrol station itself has great potential for photographs etc.

As always everyone is welcome, we'd like to see more of your retro daily drivers as well as your weekend cars etc.

We've had great turnouts for our previous meets, here's a selection of photos of the type of cars that have come to our events.

Definitely maybe. Not working this weekend; just remains to be seen if my body clock plays ball.

Posted

I'll be in Scotland with a suitable motor, but I have plans involving the seaside, ice cream and beer :D

Posted

I might manage to provide breakdown/recovery.. if no one else breaks down in Fife and I get some peace and my diff holds together for a few more days..

Posted

As indicated over on facebook I may pop over in the Maestro as it seems to be behaving just now. Is only a maybe just now though as I may equally not be awake after a heavy night on the tiles tonight...
