Toyshite: Round 2 (Image Heavy!)

After the moderate success of the last batch, it's time for the big batch. I made some references to a larger stockpile of diecast models lurking in wine boxes in the garage and last weekend I finally got around to having a look over them and photographing a few.

They're mostly from the eighties & early nineties, they have been well played with and there are very few that don't have some form of damage. I'm under no illusion as to their worth but they're just taking up room so I thought I'd see if anyone wanted any. If you do, drop me a PM and make me an offer. I'd obviously rather they went in larger batches but as long as they go to good homes, I don't mind too much.

So...

1/39 scale. The Merc is pull-back and go, missing a headlight. Ferrari is in fairly good condition, Porsche is scruffy.

Unknown scale (might be 1/39?). Matchbox Superkings, 1979. In reasonable condition but grubby and tractor has chipped paint..

1/62 scale, scruffy condition.

1/39 (?) scale, all scruffy but intact.

1/62 scale, AA might be Matchbox, blue one is Corgi. Scruffy.

IMG_0083.jpg

1/62 (?) scale, All Corgi. Fairly good condition but not perfect.

IMG_0082.jpg

1/62 scale, Matchbox & Corgi. A bit scruffy but not too bad.

IMG_0081.jpg

1/43 scale, Burago, mostly reasonable condition but the 205 is poor.

IMG_0077.jpg

1/62 scale, Corgi & Matchbox, mostly scruffy.

IMG_0058.jpg

1/39 (?) scale, Corgi, very scruffy.

This is just a sampling, there's more at http://photobucket.com/carmodels2, will answer any questions I can but some of them don't have much in the way of markings like scale so I might not be much help.

There are a handful of Majorette models in there too.

Ooh. How much are the Kellogs Bedford, Weetabix truck and fuel tankers please? Cheers

The MAN and Ford trucks in pic 9 are 1/76 scale so they'd suit me - how much do you want for them?

Sweet. I'm interested in the 2 Landrovers (AA and Blue one) might also be interested in the 3 1/62 scale trucks. I'll hold out until I see the Majorette stuff if thats ok.

These take me back to the BP Petrol promotion in the 1980's, top bombing!

Trucks are particularly nice, Kellogs Bedford is quite collectable.

Evening, just to update, the 3 trucks (hula hoops, pepsi and tipper) have gone to a happy home but everything else is still taking up room in my lounge so any further offers welcome.

Sorry I missed this one, the Land Rovers are available still, I don't have pics of the majorette stuff yet but there is a little Chevy ambulance like this bu in better condition Majorette - Ambulance and a green tractor and trailer plus a small green artic USA cattle truck with Kansas branding (not sure of scale, might be 1/69. If this is good news, I'll get some photos up. The tractor and lorry were actually bought in France in about 1993.
