I recently found this Matchbox garage at a sale.

It's in fairly rough shape,But not too bad.

Plan is to make some new doors out of wood,Maybe with some giffer repairs and "No parking" scrawled upon them.

Never knew that Corgi produced a Zetor tractor (first vehicle I ever drove)

I found the two of them at a car boot sale on different stalls on the same day.

 

Not very exciting I know,But I have a soft spot for the old Zetor.

Would quite like an old 2511.

Today I received two 1/43 Partworks from that France.

Le Bastard was a famous coachbuilder in Rouen.

They built the real lorry from Philippe Charbonneaux's design.

The Pathe-Marconi rig was built by Antem of Courbevoie.

Fantastic stuff.     They remind me of those mad coaches that used to link up with Seine river boats in Paris.   I swear there was one where the bus driver sat upstairs but it was a long time ago on a school trip.....

Could you do a photo with summat else in shot for scale? Pack of smokes will do. I know how big 1:43 is obvs I just don't think I've ever seen a big truck in that scale before.

I have a 1/43 scale bus and it is feckin mahoosive, so these trucks must be even more mahoosiveness, and really pretty good VFM when you compare the cost of a boggo Minichamps or Vanguards these days
