I used to use it but I increasingly found it bombarding me with pop-ups. ATM, I use a plug-in for Firefox which is pretty easy to use (more details later if you want).

I use the DVDVideosoft YouTube to MP3 converter, and have been for moons. Bloody ace, never had a problem with it and it now comes bundled with stuff that'll do absolutely anything you could ever hope to do on YouTube. Mostly.
