This is sort of a for sale thread. I'm a bit pissed off tbh, I need to sell this car to get paid for rescuing this car (and for fixing the last owner's new car) but that's a whole other story.

 

21 years ago, some mackems nailed this together

and somehow, against the odds, it hasn't fallen apart or been scrapped yet.

 

Silver on the outside, chocolate brown inside, 2.0i engine and a manual box, it's "sporting" old giffer spec. 3 owners from new (last two within 2 years) and wearing Chester-le-Street AMG nissan dealer plates it has only wandered a mere 10 miles from the factory that built it, although it has covered 106,000 miles in that time. That's a lot of trips to Asda.

 

 

See? isn't it nice? It's so brown you could lose brownies in it. And if one of the brownies got "caught short" you wouldn't find the browninan motion either.

 

 

This awesome CRIME_BUSTING sticker comes free of charge. Also free of charge is the remains of the driver's window (it's all over the carpet) and the broken ignition cowl. I can't include the battery because someone stole it, and I had to borrow one off something else. This is mainly why the car came to me - it was basically abandoned outside a MoT station on a really dodgy industrial estate in a really dodgy bit of gateshead. I have replaced the window already because for some wierd reason I had one.

 

 

Still it isn't all bad. I drove it for a good 7 miles and it behaved itself. Drives quite nicely, nothing seems especially amiss. I almost fell asleep a couple of times, but the radio works, you can always turn it up.

 

NO tax or test. If you twist my arm and pay for them, I might see my way to sorting that out, but I'd prefer just to see it gone.

 

£250 gets it, it is (rather predictably) in the hills near Stanley, Durham. It's got a week then I'm just going to weigh it.

If you can't get someone to save it it might be worth trying the banger boys, they seem to love them.

If the moon was 2 degrees to the left and the cows didn't need milking, you were closer and I wasn't over the overdraft and didn't owe the corner shop £7.41 I'd DEFO have that in the blink of an eye.

No, so far this is the only advert. I might do one on retro-rides sometime tomorrow, but they want nice catagorized ads with proper formatting and I can't be arsed right now. Also based on previous experience, it has a 0% chance of selling the car.

P38's a Walther you mong, Luger's a P08. Tch....
