Conrad D. Conelrad Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 Not one of those grilles looks better than standard.
worldofceri Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 I've never owned a car with aftermarket auxiliary driving lamps. But I really, really want to.
155V6 Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Just wondering why the grille for the Metro would fit any model except an auto?
M'coli Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 There might be the autobox oil cooler behind the grille and there isnt a lot of room for the lights behind the grille in the first place. Those grilles look pants on the Metro because they're not recessed like on other cars, they stick out so the sillouette is boxy - a pair of spotlights looks better.
Split_Pin Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Ace! I had the 1989 Hellas catalogue that I got at that year's Scottish motorshow. I remember it had a section with side profiles of popular cars that had a hole where the wheel trims would be. You then slid your model of car over your chosen trimz to see what it looked like! Much more fun than a computer!
face Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 The demographic of a typical car thief has altered somewhat over the years.
scaryoldcortina Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 That's not a car thief, that's Amazo.
Luxobarges_Are_Us Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Not one of those grilles looks better than standard. I think the Escort one is alright, however I agree with you on the rest.
TimothyClaypole Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Is that Prince Harry in the chequered brown shirt?
