Sporty's shitty holiday spots.

Well, it's taken me a month to get round to putting these up, and it's not even like there's a lot of them, but I thought I'd share.

To be honest, I was pretty disappointed in the lack of shite in France this year, but also didn't have the chance to really go looking for it. Anyway, on with the shite...

Super-shite 204 always parked in the same disabled spot at Super U*. Boot was full of bits of timber and other giffer-spec DIY gubbins.

Talking of Super U, Saturday mornings were like a microcar rally for the local over-70s owners club. Snapped this one:

Just for these fake bumper vents/front fogs

And finally (I told you there weren't many!) poor CX.

Better than nothing, I suppose...

*Other French supermarkets are available, just not within 30km of where we stayed.

Boss selection there Chris, and excellent choice on the Super U. I still have some alcohol hand wash from the Super U in Le Mans.

Cool!

There must have been a 604 somewhere or are they crazy rare in France too now? Really must investigate France soon.

Seeing that 204 has made my day! Cheers for that!

If only I would see one parked in the Disabled Bay outside my local Morrissons, rather than the usual Atoz or Rios.

I think I can see where British Leyland got the inspiration for the Austin Maxi.

Nice shots - I'll take the Pug 504 coupé please. 8)

Didn't see any, Pete, but I was disappointed with how little shite I saw this year. France is ace, though* I really fancy picking up some obscure rust-free(ish) chod from there and doing a bit of a risky road trip home.

In fact, I really miss Bollox' LeBonCoin stuff in the ebay thread. Must go and search for some.

*Well, I like it, anyway.

Nice spots. That 504 pickup is uncommonly shiny, but the coupe is especially lovely.

Tell me France didn't have a scrappage scheme ('je fais, tu fait, il fait, nous faisons le scrappage') too...?

I had a 504 Coupe a few years back, felt a million dollars in it. They look much better with the chrome bumber though, and the original lozenge rear lights
