The diesel Laser wagon that we sank an infinite amount of money at went and died..rings went on it..so Nicky sold it for $400..which was what we would have got for the wheels and body anyway..bloke who bought it is droppin a petrol motor in it...and Im mid town High St based just now..Viva sold..and ive got no parking...so have been biking and taking in 2nd hand fumes for my kicks...so Nicky does a disappearance act on me..and slunk off down to Wellington with her brother and snapped this up..1986.Toyota Corolla. 1.6. Auto.160000kms..all clean n tidy..nae rust Jimmy..needs a new radiator..$900..stereo got traditionally ripped out so we need a new surround...and how do we get the plastic stickers off the rear hatch?..tried meths but to no avail...

so we're pretty pleased with it..its our favourite Corolla model..Nicky used to hate that color ..Blue Teal...but she seems ok with it now..famously marketed by NZ racing driver Chris Amon...

and on my inaugural journey in it today..spotted this...we would have bought had we seen it sooner..

Nice work!

Keep spraying water (via a hose) onto the stickers and gently scratch away at them with your finger nails. Usually does the trick if you're careful.

Plastic stickers? try heating them up with a hairdryer and sharpen the edge of an old credit or debit card a little (not too much!) to get under the edge, if you take your time and are careful it may come off it one piece. Well it's worked for me on numerous occasions.

Good luck! :)

Nail varnish remover / acetone(?) but don't rub too hard....

Hair dryer and thumbnail, and when it's done, get the For Sale notice up. You really need that Avenger!

Hey, this is autoshite! You get bonus points for random half-stickers.

Rolla looks a good un but man, that avenger is schweeeeeeeeeeet.

Boiling water, thumb nail and patience works for me with stickers.

Wow, a Revenger with Escy steels! Forgot about that period shitter mod!

Nice Corollary. A Mate's Dad had one new in '84 on the A - another had a Stanza - a real battle of the overstyled Mousefur interiors!

Eddy x2

I always thought that a hairdryer was the best thing for removing stickers as well?
