An old petrol engine Merc of some kind. I'd say late 60s/early 70s. W108?

Great spots. I love the red jag with the vinyl roof - a proper pub landlord's car!

It is a Mercedes, that's all I could tell (saw the emblem on the steering wheel). Thanks, yep the Jag is class, it's always parked in that spot behind the Charade.

The Mercedes is a pre-1973 W114/115 model. Identifiable by the smooth rear lights.

That's a wheel trim off an early R8 on the blue Volvo 440. Even before you asked, I was thinking 'Does nothing in London have a full compliment of original trims?!'

Thanks!  Yep, I had a bit of a double take when I saw it there - think it suits the Volvo quite well.  Indeed, you could say the same about unkerbed alloy wheels!
