Golf Cabrio anyone??

This is my SiL's Golf Cabrio - Everything sort of basically works, but you have to lock & unlock the car from the drivers side. There's a few odd rust blebs but nowt to lose sleep over, and the engine sounds no worse than when it was new. I think one of the wheel bearings is beginning to grumble a bit, but so am I. The tax is out but it does have 12 months MoT.

I have one of these and i think it's a great car, Ref the door lock, does the lock just spin around when using the key?, if so you need one of these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0712273014

 

I had to fit one to mine, it took 5 mins to fit and makes a big difference, also are you aware your SIL's one has different alloys on the front to the back?.
